I alla fall bildligt. Jag skull bara ta mej ut till ett av mina motiv vid Vättern och försöka förbättra kompositionen. Men vädret ville något annat och jag var nästan på väg att packa ihop min kamera utrustning när jag såg detta. Den gråa massan av sten som bara delvis väckts till liv av kvällssolen sken tidigare. Hade nu blivet individer då Vättern rört om och gjort tidigare statister till huvudrollsinnehavare och dess vågor tillfälligt gett alla sin egen lyster.

Nu har dom vita sipporna kommit sedan en tid tillbaka. Ska försöka fånga dessa i något förhoppningsvis bra ljus och fin bokeh. Ett par blå följer med på köpet.

Different degrees of melted ice and frozen air by Lake Vättern 2022-01-15
Every time I saw some light from the sun temporarily passing through the cloud cover, I tried to rig my tripod and compose a decent picture. But the light didn’t want to be compliant, and decided to disappear before I had time to take a picture. That is, almost every time, here is an exception, I like the contrast between the cold light that penetrates the clouds versus the warm light on the bare mountain side.
During my first week of vacation, I got an impulse to travel away to still my photo cravings. A waterfall was my first thought, and of course a really majestic one. I started searching online and found Hällingsåfallet. While I still felt the forces of the pulse, I booked accommodation as close to the waterfall as I could find. When I talked to my parents a while later about my impulse, they told me that they planned to go to the same place in their motorhome later that season. During this conversation, they mentioned Vildmarksvägen / wildernessroad Of course, I had to book a few more days' accommodation to have time to drive along this road. My only reason to get this into the Schedule, was just the cool name. It turned out to be very nice experiences but still difficult to photograph. Here is at least one of my attempts that on some level did the landscape along This Road justice.
